Bahrain Select 6 is operated by Bahrain Turf Club / Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC), P.O. Box 25555, Riffa, Kingdom of Bahrain. This notice explains how we use information when you register, sign in and use Select 6.

Account and game information

We use your name, email, telephone number, country and CPR or passport number to administer your account, identify participants, prevent duplicate registrations and apply the game rules. We store your password as a one-way hash, and CPR/passport numbers encrypted with separate lookup hashes. We also hold game entries, selections and results, and registration/login IP addresses and times for account security and game administration.

Google and Facebook sign-in

Social sign-in is optional. If you choose Google or Facebook, the provider sends a unique account identifier and, when available, your email and basic profile information, which may include your name and profile picture. We use this information only to authenticate you and connect you to your Select 6 account. We store the provider name and identifier linked to your account; we do not save the provider profile picture, access token or refresh token. A pending sign-in is valid for 15 minutes.

We do not request access to your contacts, messages, social posts or friends list, and we do not post on your behalf. Your Google or Facebook password is never shared with Select 6. Existing accounts require your Select 6 password before linking; a matching email alone does not merge accounts. New accounts still require registration and email verification. Your provider's own privacy policy also applies when you use its service.

How information is used and shared

We use account information to provide Select 6, send verification and password-recovery emails, maintain security, respond to support requests and administer the game. Authorised support staff and service providers for hosting, email delivery and security may process information for these purposes. We do not sell Google or Facebook account data or use it for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Technical service providers may process information outside Bahrain.

Cookies and technical records

Essential cookies maintain your session and protect forms against misuse. Where enabled, CookieFirst manages cookie preferences and records consent, browser/device details, time, page address and technical identifiers. Optional cookies depend on your choices. See our cookie policy. Hosting and security systems may record requests, IP addresses, browser details and errors to operate and protect the service.

Retention, correction and deletion

Account and game data are kept while needed to provide the service and administer the game, and for relevant record-keeping, security or legal requirements afterwards. Recovery backups and security logs are separate from the active account. A deletion request can cover a social connection alone or your full Select 6 account; we will explain any information that must be retained and why when handling the request.

You can update contact details in Your account. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@bahrainselect6.com from your registered email. We may need to verify control of the account. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes or identity-document images. See data deletion instructions for the steps, including removing Google or Facebook access.
